I made shougayaki (ginger pork dish)!!

That’s why! I’d wanted it to be if even a little fancyー(^o^)
In the spice corner of the supermarket, I bought a spice with a high oshareberu (fancy level) called rosemary, and added it (^o^)
And then you see!!
I added too much!!
The texture was gross!!
When I ate it, the delicious flavor of the shougayaki… and the texture that’s as if you were chewing on a tatami scrap (>_<)
So, is there anyone who would eat shougayaki with rosemary (pretty much tatami)??? Lol
What is it! Rosemary!!
It’s too overly oshareberu for me…
Teach me the correct way to use it!!
